Why people like it
  • Families with school-age kids. Sri KDU International School is inside Berkeley Uptown, with Pin Hwa High School nearby.
  • Klang locals. A newer home close to family and the neighbourhoods you already know.
  • Food lovers. Klang is famous for bak kut teh, and Port Klang for seafood.
Think about this first
  • Over the years many residents moved from the old town centre to newer townships. Projects like Berkeley Uptown aim to bring people back, so visit your exact street in the evening too.
  • Klang is big. A home in town is very different from one in Bukit Tinggi or Kota Bayuemas, so check the exact location, not just the word Klang.
  • Tenure and title differ by project. Always check freehold / leasehold and strata / individual title for the exact unit.
